Buy finca in Costa Blanca

Description
Within walking distance to the village center and on a private located plot of 1.250 m2 you can find this charming finca. A wide gravel driveway leads up to the house passing an historic ruin and ample space for several cars with pretty trees and flowering plants making this a somewhat grand entrance. We enter this stunning property straight into the historic riurau, an arched area traditionally used to dry grapes, which has been sympathetically integrated into the living area. The dramatic archways offer a stunning backdrop to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A large open plan fitted kitchen offers ample storage and all the modern appliances that one would expect. The enclosed riurau offers a bright and airy lounge as well as a dining area with outlook onto the beautiful garden and large swimming pool. In addition to this area, another lounge within the main part of the house offers a cozy place to relax in front of an open log fire. Steps lead up to two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. One having direct access onto a charming patio area. A traditional Spanish tiled staircase leads up to further two large bedrooms which both enjoy balconies with views over the village church, mountains and the valley. The master suite terrace having enough room for a table and chairs. Between the two bedrooms is a large family bathroom with shower cubicle. The spacious and low maintenance Mediterranean garden has irrigation and offers several separate areas to sit and relax. The main pool terrace in front of the house has ample space for sun loungers and a dining table. Further on another patio with lavender bushes leads down to an area large enough to cultivate vegetables and fruit trees. Vehicles can easily be parked in the driveway.
